The cottage is set in beautiful countryside and is a quiet
area where you can sun bathe and relax on the two terraces
provided and the kids can play in the large garden area. the
private driveway leads to private parking which is very safe
and secure. the house has one double bedroom and a twin and
a single attic bedroom. The kitchen leads onto the barbeque
area and into the conservatory. the conservatory is a large
and bright area and has views over the terrace and gardens
and over to the forest and countyside. here you can eat you
lmeals or have a drink whilst watching the wildlife on your
doorstep.The cottage is fully equipped qnd bedlinen is
included in the price.

The area is quiet and the house is settled between the two
villages of Sains and Roz Sur Couesnon. Whilst quiet it is
not remote and access to the main roads is very easy which
means the house is ideally located for all the tourist sites
and all amenities yet when you arrive home after a busy day
you can relax amongst the quiet countryside and watch the
sunset over the fields. There are many places within easy
reach of the house. Le Mont St Michel is only a few minutes
drive , St malo,Dinard and Dinan are just 25 minutes away
and Combourg only 20 minutes.A great place with lots to do.

There is pleny to do in the area. A visit to Le Mont St
Michel is the most popular, but we are close to the coast
where there are many water sprts, boating and water nature
walks and boat rides. There are water parks and there is a
market to go to everyday of the week. There is an aquarium
at St malo and Alligator bay is just a few mintes from le
Mont St Michel.There are a number of Zoos and animal parks
and beaches all along this wonderful coastline.There are
museums and old houses and churches and go karting and so
much more.
The food is also very good. try the local Mussels and
oysters and seafood. try also the galletes and crepes and
the sausages etc.We have some fantastic places to eat in
beautiful surroundings.

The food and drink of France are exceptional. In every town
and village ou will find a good place to eat. The markets
which happen everyday evn serve you gallette with sausages
or with chees and crepes with chocolate or butter. The area
is best known for its seafood which we are all very proud
of. Eat freshly caught mussels and oysters in the bay of
Cancale, or choose a restaurant with huge platters or
seafood and shellfish, incuding fresh prawns and crabs. If
seafood is not your thing then go for pork in calvados and
cream or lovely juicy steak with fries. We are also an area
which is very proud of its home produce, especially
butter,cider and pear cider, calvados and Muscadet. the list
of fantastic food and drink goes on and on and will suit any
budget and any family member.

The price is per week and includeds all bedlinen and tourist
taxes. We ask for a 50% deposit to reserve the house and six
weeks prior to occupation we ask for the balance and a 120
euros security deposit which will be refunded within 2 weeks
of departure.
